statusbar: Use implicit battery widths rather than manually setting them

The calculated widths sometimes seem to be wrong, I don't see issues with just using the implicit width.

statusbar: Remove system tray
...
The system tray has not been useful on mobile and isn't particularly
interactable due to its small size. Remove the system tray from the
status bar, if we need its functionality it would be more appropriate to
create a larger "tray UI" in the quicksettings area

lockscreen: Fix failed login attempt causing no more authentication

For some reason at some point the kscreenlocker API rejects all
authentication requests if the grace lock (time after failed attempt ->
authenticator.startAuthentication) is shorter than 3 seconds, see
desktop: a71b5db277/desktoppackage/contents/lockscreen/LockScreenUi.qml (L181)

folio: Fix delegate drop placement not accounting for view padding

This is exacerbated now that we have device-specific view margins (to
deal with notches and the like), which caused the drag and drop
positions to be wildly inaccurate.
