fb865c86da Set DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS directly on services 
Rather than from environment configuration file so that systemd will

7fca0c8703 Alternative environment variables for compositor 
droid-hal configuration for hammerhead is broken and inverts Y.
As a workaround we provide our configuration.

f8ae17356a Show all windows from plasmashell on the desktop layer 
This will show the sliding window on the appropriate layer although it
will still be a normal window. It should really be a shell window!

e65f73d988 Don't force windowed mode for desktop view 
Desktop view must be a normal desktop otherwise the compositor will think
it is an application window.
