8ea1e27d6d Remove the krunner widget from home screen by default 
Because the widget does not have the text entry internally, and pops
up a new window for entering search, which looks confusing and odd on
the phone, we just don't add it by default for now until this can be
fixed. This makes the first impression a bit better, and hides the
annoyance behind needing to manually add the widget. Once the widget
is fixed to not behave in such an odd manner, we can evaluate adding
it back to the default layout.

b7b963822c Fix plasma mobile session 
KWin in plasma/kwin@ef72bae42f removed the libinput
option, if we start kwin with this option, it fails with unknown option
libinput and eventually gives up

b7cac91ef5 PasswordBar: Use input-dialpad icon when normal keyboard is opened 
When the normal keyboard is selected by tapping on the keyboard icon
in the PasswordBar, change the icon to the dialpad icon, to indicate
tapping will return to the numeric entry.

1554008648 taskpanel: Use the form factor to define the position we are on 
Instead of the panel state itself. That would arrive at different points
in the event and sometimes plasma would set the offset to the horizontal
panel. This should remove this case by only setting the offset when the
panel is in the state that needs it.
