Micah Stanley 0a7ef60e43 NotificationPopup: Bugfixes ... This fixes a bug where other sources dismissing the current popup notification would cause notifications in waiting to be assigned to the popup index of -1. This would cause these remaining notifications height to get set to a very thin strip at the top of the screen and would no longer automatically dismiss.
