Devin Lin 9c2e2c7db3 Revert "envmanager: Handle SSD toggling with kwin rules" ... This reverts commit c45f9ed446. The kwin rules setting causes all desktop windows to have window decorations. Revert this for now until we figure out a solution.		2025-04-24 11:28:49 +02:00
