b7b963822c Fix plasma mobile session 
KWin in plasma/kwin@ef72bae42f removed the libinput
option, if we start kwin with this option, it fails with unknown option
libinput and eventually gives up

42116f68c4 Use the lookandfeeltool to choose which shell we prefer 
Instead of relying on an environment variable
This will also set the other necessary settings that we need for the
session to integrate properly like the Placement strategy for kwin

0998bcfa27 Specify the maliit-keyboard as the input method to use 
I wonder why we were specifying maliit-server now, definitely was
unused.
Using maliit-keyboard we'll get to leverage the input-method-v1 support
we have now in kwin, allowing to move the keyboard into a separate
process and making the development of the virtual keyboard increasinly
modular.

06fe7ab86b Use startplasma-wayland to start plasma 
This will allow to use plasma more similarly to what we are used to on
the desktop.
I found this needed specifically when I was trying to get plasma to work
on another language but the current plasma-phone script never sets LANG
or LANGUAGE.

3b4dd4c15f Don't force KSCREEN_BACKEND to be QScreen 
This was added as workaround for the hwcomposer, I am not sure if this
is actually needed now for hwcomposer backend with proper xdg_output
support, but even if is needed, this script seems wrong place to enforce
this.

0fbc1cbaef Disable the startup sound 
This served us well so far, the start-up sound was added as debug
mechanism when GUI was not running on Nexus 5 in early days. However now
that we have better mechansims to debug GUI (journalctl, UART, ssh etc).
This no-longer is needed. In addition to that we got enough complaints
about the startup sound if people are trying to hack on plasma mobile on
quiet place like library.

As a historical thing, sound file is still present, just not running
anymore.

f38791c7f7 Call ksyncdbusenv during plasma-phone startup 
By calling ksyncdbusenv during startup we get all the required env
variables into the dbus server for starting dbus actived applications.

Without calling it our dbus activated applications are missing
for example KDE_SESSION_VERSION.

7c3a8d90c2 add an extra sleep between user init and paplay 
there is a race as we need the pulseaudio session to be run by the
time we play as otherwise we activate a daemon that uses the wrong
profile and doesn't play properly

generally we sould move the heap of stuff out of this script and
into a user session instead

5096dec3b5 Force the modem numbers for now 
The ofono MC plugin is being blocked by AppArmor, it does however
has a code path to go around it by setting FORCE_RIL_NUM_MODEMS
env var (seems to be added for this very use case). So use this for now
