9b30adf533 fix kscreenosd quicksetting 
Somehow the part that enables and disabled this quicksetting got lost
while everything needed is in place. So add it, which fixes showing and
hiding this quicksettings button.

b849fb98ab kscreenosd quicksetting 
This quicksetting plugion allows the user to open the KScreen OSD which
makes it easy to reconfigure a multiscreen setup. It's only available
when more than one monitor is connected.

e4919690b4 quicksettings/record: Make it more efficient on initial load 
Try to reduce the amount of preloaded objects that aren't needed until the quick setting is toggled. Also port the the kpipewire interaction parts to C++.

842354bd70 Shell: Add Setting to Auto Hide Panels so Applications Can Fill the Entire Device Screen Space 
This merge request adds a new setting to auto hide the status and navigation panels so applications will be able to fill out the entire device screen area. Also, this adds a new quick settings toggle to quickly change this property.

2bf23313bc quicksettings/docked: Fix typo in installed package path 
This shouldn't have any ramifications on stored settings because the
kpackage id is correct, just the CMake installed path isn't.
