d719f407dd Port away from using colorGroup property directly in svg items 
SvgItem and FrameSvgItem automatically follow the colorSet of
Kirigami.Theme and to set a custom one the usual inherit api is used

5c0fd57600 initialstart: Add first login experience 
Adds an experience for users on first login, allowing some basic configuration.

This is separate from a first start wizard, which would run as a separate user with elevated permissions, and include options that an installer would have.

158af43fd4 audio: Refactor applet and extract singleton to MobileShellState 
The eventual goal is to have as few singletons with state as possible in the mobileshell component when it is imported into components such as the lockscreen.

This doesn't fully accomplish it, but moves the audio provider singleton to MobileShellState, which will eventually need to be prevented from importing into non plasmashell processes.

This also disables the sound feedback when changing volume, since it can be a source of lag when showing the applet.

d2b5416513 kded: Add startup settings manager 
This adds a new component that manages Plasma Mobile specific configuration on every session startup. It also restores configuration when logged into a desktop session. 

This allows us to remove https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/plasma-phone-settings, as well as configuration that was set in the look and feel. This also gives us an easy way to control configuration upgrade paths, and in the future, add ways for the configuration to easily be reset for debugging purposes.

bdcbe4d6f7 mobileshellstate: Heavily refactor to remove global shell margins to fix window binding loops 
Having a global set margins and orientation (that were calculated from the panel containment) caused a lot of issues with the way bindings were evaluated across panels, and with high coupling.

Now use properties from within containments to determine shell margins instead, which removes the dependency on other containments for measurements. This allows us to get rid of TaskPanelControls as well!

Hi, this implements a close all button for the task switcher.

Regarding the double check (`Clear All` -> `Are you sure?`), as far as I know, no system has such a feature for this kind of operation, at the moment, so take it as a proposal.

d8399e88be toppanel/notifications: add clean all and do not disturb 
Hi, this MR adds "clear all" and "do not disturb" buttons to `NotificationsWidget`.

Few other corrections have been made:
 - Transitions should now work correctly, plus they can be disabled via `MobileShell.MobileShellSettings.animationsEnabled`;
 - Loaders are now asynchronous;
 - List items have now their own margins, in order to not clip their shadows.\

It only remains to implement a context menu to set do not disturb mode for a given period of time. I think it's a secondary feature on which we can work later, but in case tell me what to do.

Unfortunately I can't test the lockscreen on a phone at the moment, and I cannot take a performance test as well. It would be great if someone tested all these things, otherwise I'll provide as soon as possible.

7e47315bcb mmplugin: set all connections to not autoconnect on setMobileDataEnabled(false) (#182) 
When disabling mobile data, instead of setting the autoconnect flag to
true for the current active connection, set it to false for all
connections without exception. When reenabling mobile data, instead of
looking for a connection with autoconnect set, look for the connection
with the latest last use timestamp, set that one to autoconnect, and
also connect it immediately.

There should not be any connection with autoconnect enabled if mobile
data is disabled, because that makes NetworkManager reconnect it after a
reboot or a modem restart. The autoconnect state on the modem is
apparently lost on reboot.

Also change the SignalIndicator::mobileDataEnabled() getter to account
for the above.

Fixes #182.

992950085d Simplify apps model 
The current code iterates over each service group separately and adds its apps. This leads to duplicate entries when an app is in multiple groups.

Since we are not actually interested in the group info, only in a flat list of all apps with some filters, we can simplify this.

9e68bc049b Improve dialer UI and format phone number 
Summary:
This makes the buttons more evenly spaced and formats the number as you type!

old: {F6084821}
new (updated): {F6084822}

The plan is to bring the entire dialer page down to about half its current size to support searching through contacts as one dials a number.

Martin says this probably results in the loops, and setting window state
to fullscreen from constructor should be enough.
