Add right-click settings on homescreen background

Browse source 
Accept Qt.RightButton on the HomeScreenPages and FavouritesBar
MouseAreas and open the settings view (wallpaper/widgets) on
right-click, mirroring the existing long-press behavior for mouse
users.
